This document explains how the app handles your data, camera access, ads, and in-app purchases.
The app lets you create time warp scan videos using your device's camera. You can apply a “scan line” effect, with options such as scan direction, speed, filters, and brightness, then save or share the output.
Key features typically include:
No account. No login. We do not create a user profile.
Camera & media (on device). Used only to capture and display the preview, apply the time warp effect, and save the result to your device. Your images and videos remain on your device unless you share them using other apps. We do not upload your photos or videos to our servers.
Optional media access. If you add music or import media from your gallery (if such a feature exists), the app will request access via the system picker. We do not scan or collect your entire library.
Microphone. Not required for the core time warp effect. If we ever add features that record audio or let you attach audio tracks, the app will request permission when needed.
Crash & performance data. Basic, anonymized information (for example, crash logs, device model, OS version) may be collected by platforms such as Google Play, Firebase, or similar services to improve stability (no photos/videos/audio included).
This app shows ads to keep it free.
AdMob by Google. May collect device identifiers (such as Advertising ID), IP address, and basic usage information to show ads and measure performance. These are handled by Google under their own privacy policies.
What we do not do: We do not sell your personal information. We do not access contacts, precise location, SMS, or call logs.
This app offers optional in-app purchases and subscription plans (for example, weekly, monthly, or yearly Premium access) to unlock extra features such as ad removal or enhanced tools.
Google Play Billing only. All payments are processed securely by Google Play. We do not see or store your full credit card number, bank details, or other payment method information.
Free trial (for example, 3-day free trial). If a plan includes a free trial, you can use the Premium features at no charge during the trial period (for example, 3 days). When the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price shown in Google Play unless you cancel beforehand.
Auto-renewal & cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you choose (weekly, monthly, or yearly) until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Google Play: Google Play Store → Account → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals, but does not automatically refund past charges.
Refunds. Any refunds for purchases or subscriptions are handled according to Google Play’s refund policies. Please see the Google Play Help Center for details.
Media you create is stored on your device and controlled by you. We do not keep copies on our servers. Ad-related and diagnostic data handled by Google or your device follows their retention practices.
General-audience app, not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Media processing happens on device. We rely on Android's security features and Google Play’s infrastructure, and we use reasonable measures to protect data handled by the app.
AdMob and other Google services may process data on servers located in various countries, with safeguards described in their policies.
We may update this policy for product, legal, or operational reasons. The “last updated” date may change; material changes may be noted in-app or on the listing.
